ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
which will be held this year on
WEDNESDAY 22 MARCH 2023 in TODDINGTON VILLAGE HALWe’re not expecting any protest marches, but you’ll have
plenty of opportunities to throw compliments, complaints,
or challenges at our Committee Members and event organisers.
There’ll be plenty of coffee as well as the cakes, and the formal business
of the AGM will (as usual) be approached in a relaxed atmosphere.
We’ll have our customary “swap” table in place, so please bring along any books
which you’ve enjoyed reading, as well as any unwanted (but enjoyable) CD’s and DVD’s - and you can take away any of those which other people have brought.
The doors will be open by 09.45 - which gives you time to savour a cake
and catch up on the gossip before the Annual General Meeting itself begins at 11.00.
Please let us know by Wednesday 15 March whether or not you intend to be there,
so we can order enough cakes. There’s a map below to help you find your way,
but if you’re stuck for transport, we’ll do our best to get you a lift. If you’re a “first timer”, we’ll make sure to introduce you to a few of your fellow Club Members on the day.
Just leave a message on 01525 876477, or send an e-mail to honsec@bbldpc.org.uk.L
