Father's Day 18/6/2017 Out with Jane for an afternoon in the beautiful gardens of Castle Ashby, Northamptonshire. A burning hot sun and very little breeze, the perfume of Linden Trees, the crack of leather on willow, the chime of the church clock, the craok of juvenile ravens in the top of a Wellingtonia, egg 7 cress sandwiches and a Mr Whippy cornet, it was all there.
