Sakura Path

Kintai Bridge, Iwakuni

 

Early this month I traveled around Southern Part of Honshu. I visited Iwakuni, which just less 1 hour by train from Hiroshima (or ~15 min by Shinkansen). This small city is well known for the wooden arch bridge, Kintai Kyo. If you walk across the bridge to the other side you will see this amazing row of sakura trees and lanterns. The location is inspired by Daniel Kordan
