Little Chef Modernism

Built in the 1950s by architect Sam Scorer, a well-respected pioneer in concrete engineering. This building on the A1 at Markham Moor, is one of the few examples of hyperbolic paraboloid shell structures from the 1950s and 1960s. Although currently derelict , it is Grade 2 listed.
