Pipeline Classic Sugar Cookies with pomegranate & orange royal icing.
These were a very rushed set- not really what I pictured in my head but I baked & decorated them in a few short hours and piped with ziplocks! My husband asked me at 6pm last night if I could make cookies for the daughter of one of his employees. She has a lot of health issues and was hospitalized recently. I think she was sent home last night so hopefully we can drop these by today!
I really don't know her, but I figured every little girl would smile seeing sunshine & rainbows, right?
