Goblin Valley Panorama
Goblin Valley State Park, Utah, USA.
Standing in Goblin Valley on a dark night seems like standing on the moon. You are surrounded by a barren landscape filled with bizarre shapes. The formations are likened to Goblins, perhaps frozen into stone eons ago and now aged and eroded by time. While I was taking this panorama series a Kit Fox walked right up to me, approaching within 10 feet or so before I chased it off.
This image is made up of 15 vertical photos stitched together in photoshop. The photos were taken with a 24mm i.4 lens at f/2.0, ISO 6400, 20 sec exposures. Lighting was done with 3 dimmable video LED lights with warming filters (F&V Z96's).
