Long time I wanted to take time to do this cookie splash shot !
After the shot, I can say this is not technically easy ! I had many tries before having such a result.
Some pieces of advice if you want to try : aperture must be at least F/5.6 or more to have enough DoF (in fact aperture depends on focal length...), speed must be 1/640 s or shorter. To be outside is better.
If you need lots of tries, don't use lots of cookies. I used an eraser instead of the cookie ;-)
