Yesterday there was two of me doing the same thing. Today there is one of me doing two things at once. OK, so an exercise bike is a bit boring. So pick a mind challenging PS3 game, RUSE in this instance, and time flies. The better I get at cycling the further I can go. The better I get at the game the less time I have to cycle. More fun than cycling in the rain !
