Kit Bag Stabilizer Straps

HPG model on top, my own DIY model on bottom.

 

The DIY model is made from a length of shock cord, a cordloc, and a buckle salvaged off of an old bicycle helmet. Both straps stabilize equally well, but I prefer my own model due to its lower profile.
