Active Assignment Weekly Aug 30-Sept 6: Communication
For this assignment take a photo that depicts communication, the transfer of ideas/concepts/thoughts/messages. Nearly every photo conveys some type of message so lets be more active than passive in this assignment. Signs, written or typed letters, books, manuals, electronic communication, sign language, semaphore, Morse code, talking, yelling, and whispering are all great forms of active communication. I'm sure there are many more.
WIT: This Saturday morning I was woken with a phone call telling me that my home town of Chirstchurch had been hit by a 7.1 earthquake in the early hours of the morning. It was my sister letting me know that our family was safe and there was know damage to their houses. I have since then been able to communicate with them over the weekend and its a relief knowing that they are ok.
This is my tribute to the humble telephone which without I would have had a more stressful weekend. All hail communication. (sorry it needs a dust) converted to b & w in photoshop.
