Paca House
William Paca, one of Maryland’s four Signers of the Declaration of Independence, built this five-part Georgian mansion in the 1760s. Later he served as the state’s third Governor.
Maryland is unique in that houses belonging to all four of its signers of the Declaration of Independence still exist. And coincidentally, all four of them are located in one city, the state capital, Annapolis.
