Bible verse :

 

"Whatsoever ye do, do it heartily as to the Lord, and

not unto men."

Colossians 3:23

 

My understanding of this Bible passage is, our ministry in God

doesn't always end up in the pulpit or be a preacher, evangelist

or a church choir . Our ministry may take us to our households,

our family, our friends, our work place and people around us,

our work itself how we go about it . Consider them like your

own ministry given by God and with it we work under God's

words and His will, work in truth and righteousness as if like serving

God. We are ambassadors of God anywhere God put us .

In anything which contradicts the word of God is worth discarding .

In some instances , many of us may be confronted by work policies

that prohibit us to do things like

sharing Jesus to our work colleages , but then

we can pray for them even behind the scenes aiming for their

salvation in whatever way God will lead them to.

This is my understanding for all of us called by his name , awaken

to Christ in this dark age , it's not a mistake you are with God and truly

know you are His. God knows you and ordained you before the

foundations of the earth to be born and minister in whatever you do

the love of God and salvation of many through Christ.

 

Doing our work sincerely in the Lord is the right way even in very

minute things If our time off

finishes at 17:00 , you don't sneak out and leave at 16:45 and

put in your time sheet you left dead on 17:00 hours , that's

deliberate act of cheating , unless you can justify it and in clear arrangements

with your boss, but if it's something cheeky or to take advantage,

even if no one sees it , God sees you .
