Just passing by (2)

Location : Bar Street , Marmaris , Turkey

 

 

I used to enjoy alcohol drinks before

but since I'm back in the Lord 2011

that's all put behind now. No struggle , it's just gone

from me. Praise God ! When my

renewed conscience says no, then I should not

pursue it. We were just passing by

Bar Street and took some photos .

But if I were to set down in these places

I probably have to order Coca cola.

The noise doesn't appeal to me either :)

Maybe of age too :) But sure during those days

I was back slidden and was younger

This kind of places were once appealing, disco / night clubbing

with friends in my old days. It's just so different now. If the Lord comes in a

twinkling of an eye, I don't want to be caught in these

places or even just drinking Cola or Orange juice. If by any

accident a stray bullet lands in me - it's sad to loose once

life in these kind of place. I know, many wouldn't agree

with this statement but each to our own. I'm just convicted

by faith.

 

Proverbs 23:29-35

“Who hath woe? who hath sorrow? who hath contentions?

who hath babbling? who hath wounds without cause? who hath

redness of eyes? 30 They that tarry long at the wine; they that

go to seek mixed wine. 31 Look not thou upon the wine when
