Catch up with the cue
I am going through bulk of my old shots many of them still on the cue for flickr posting.
I'm uninspired at the moment going out taking shots - looking at the weather outside, with all the snow ,
bringing all down the spring daffodil blooms etc and no sunshine huh (sigh) :(
It's my good excuse to give my camera more rest this time .
Taken in 2009 , in this shot is my family -- us rushing to catch up with the cue of people
going inside the Pyramid. The Giza Pyramid ticketing booth only issued limited number of tickets for visitor
entry inside the Pyramid. This was a separate entry ticket getting around Pyramid area.
I reckon they limit the entry inside the Pyramid to 300 people /day.They issued
150 tickets in the morning and 150 in the afternoon ( This condition may have change this time).
Since we came in the morning, we like to get it done in the morning too as it was scorching hot
out there . It was a blessing we got the last few tickets left as there was a big number of people
waiting behind us . If we were behind the big group, we surely would not make it inside th Pyramid.
One advantage was we didn't book into big tour groups, we had our own guide and taxi
for the whole journey around the Pyramids and other sites that day. When going with a big group ,
it can be competitive and a disadvantage sometimes. Moving around in our own time and wishes
is precious , so going around big tour groups didn't appeal to us well.

Bible verse :
Psalm 1 v.1
Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful.
When I received Jesus Christ and set my heart truly for my God, I ddn't even realize quickly that I was gradually separating myself with so much of the worldly stuffs, like lounging/ watching rubbish on TV for instance, apart from the news . Music -- I just couldn't stand now worldly veneration of mankind and wisdom of the world put in musical lyrics , with some useless jibber jabber in musical tones. I might sound so weird , but that is true to everyone who truly dedicate their life to the Lord, must have experienced the same thing. There is no such struggle but internal peace and happiness and fulfilment . When I hear my old music favs I used to love, they seem to sound like all bunch of hypnotic trance . Praise God I'm out from their spiritually blinding tentacles and bondage. Just to mention, I went into some sites of Wisdom /Brainy qoutes , and have the impression the authors were too clever wise ... oh well I found many of the qoutes can be crossed referenced of ideas from Satanic Bible , authors were probably unaware of ... they were inspired with man centered worship and love of the world . Also not being rude to the late Steve Jobs ( no offense to his fans ) with all honesty I'm not fond of him though , but many could have been swayed into his own reflection of life as he left a big technological legacy behind . He is like hero .Without a doubt he is a role model . However, I can't see the power of God in him from reading on some his life qoutes. He left the faith in Christ and move on into eastern mysticism and died in the same state he wish to be. It's very sad . What is worth to have the world, with all its riches and fame and glory but without Christ, it can be a scary thought going into eternity and realize it was so late.
