What does the Bible say about fortune telling ?
“If a person turns to mediums and necromancers, whoring after them, I will set my face against that person and will cut him off from among his people."
Leviticus 20:6
"But as for the cowardly, the faithless, the detestable, as for murderers, the sexually immoral, sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars, their portion will be in the lake that burns with fire and sulfur, which is the second death.”
Revelation 21:8
I just like to share this as there are many christians who are less aware of these things or do them with a blind eye. . I'm no exception, I did this too before, NOT now . I consulted to card readers / palm reader once, during my time of ignorance of Biblical truth, as many are doing it too, so it seem just normal . Sometimes results come with accuracy, which draws in more people to engage into these things.
However, not all wonders are from God. Also "we can not serve two masters, either we hate one or love the other."
Fortune telling and consulting to these crafts including magic and withcrafts and spells, eastern mysticism, Satanism , Astral Projection, Kundalini and all forms of new age doctrines are NOT from God but of darkness, they are all demonically inspired teachings. Mainstream churches are so quiet about these things, you barely hear sermons against card reading or defining it as demonic. Mainstream churches always give sermons of the " love of God" ,without conviction of sin and messages of repentance.They hardly mention God is also a judge to the unrighteous. In addition to fortune telling, Harry Potter books and films of witchcraft and many out there promoting witchcrafts,vampirism and all forms of occult coated with icing would never rise into popularity drawing the hearts and admiration of the populace to those things, especially of children had the churches intervened. Across the board most mainstream churches are asleep or dead, and many Christians don't realize it, because they are also spiritually asleep or dead. Again, I was one of those in the past. Tell tale signs speak volumes we are in the time period describe in the Bible of the last days, when people are drawn to seducing spirits and doctrines of demons.
Just to pinpoint few examples :
* Fashion promoting vampirism, signs and symbols of darkness in T-shirts/clothings. If you study occult symbols ,they are all flooding our many items we use of today, even in car logos. Starbucks alone with that lady logo is occult. Then our shops are flooded with toys forn our children promoting witchcraft and magic like magic wand and we can't even see the meaning of those things. We all think it's normal - no it's not.
Entertainment : Harry Potter, Twilight and TV series promoting vampirism as cool ; Buffy the vampire slayer, Cold blood etc .
Whatelse do we need that makes us all wake up to realization of our times ?
Many passages from the Holy Bible teaches us what to avoid if we truly put our hearts to God.This isn't words to condemn but as words of encouragements to seek the Lord truly. Biblical truth doesn't exclude beliefs of hell, hell is clearly described in the Bible to warn us no to go there for all eternity.
I'm sharing this with the love and truth in Christ Jesus .

It is also our duty as Christians to expose the works of darkness.
"Take no part in the unfruitful works of darkness, but instead expose them."
Ephesians 5:11
"Now the Spirit speaks expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to deceitful spirits, and doctrines of demons"
1 Timothy 4:1
If demonic deeds take authority in ones life, it will create spiritual bondage within the person.
Only repentance through Christ Jesus can break the chains of bondage.
Without repentance from sin and completely turning away and accepting Christ truly as the saviour,
man is lost to eternal doom -- hell fire is always spoken many times in the
Bible. Why take chances for our eternity.....
God gave many revelations to people of today through visions , near death expereinces, OBE of seeing hell and heaven.
He said this is Acts 2:17
"And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams."
