At Lemon Grass
This reminds me of what we had when we were in Thailand 14 yrs ago .I always love Thai food and its unique authentic taste ,spicy but not too spicy as the Indian food .
The sauce along was like a spicy peanut satay and had more herbs in it . There's fresh coriander leaves ,often missing from our pinoy cuisines. The taste of Coriander always reminds me of the days we spent in the mountains between Chang Mai and Mae Sa long with the Hmongs . Soupy noodles with chopped coriander stems and few leaves is always in the local menu . Would love to visit Thailand again someday in the future .
