Hog roast
We call this locally as LECHON, very typical food preparation in filipino celebrations, parties, birthdays, weddings , fiestas etc.
But this Lechon wasn't neatly done. My lechon order was finished and packed up, but I was tempted to get inside ad shot some of the ongoing hog roasts . This caught my eye, though I didn't sat something to them.
When I came home with the lechon, my late mother spotted it wasn't of the one we ordered and she was right. They gave us the wrong smaller hog roast , with a different different looking tail lol, what a cheek, different than what we ordered / paid for. Since then, I don't anymore order our Lechon from them. This was ordered at Bais lechon place.
I suspect the one turning the lechon was tempted to pick a little of the roasted skin for the nibble.

This has been awhile but Interesting, be warned. Gas price still going down, not good for Russia.
