An abomination against God on a national level
A 40 minute pencil work, as I haven't had any photo of the DC National Cathedral. I've seen couple of nice photos of this Monument and it happened to be by another flicker user. I was about to email this person. But I went back to the photos and read the caption and found this person is strongly into global unity/ religious unity for global peace, what a coincidence . That means my conviction will never match with his - there's no point of asking him the use of his photo. So I dropped the idea emailing this person.
I wasn't in my best mood to sketch or in my artistic flair, I'm always uninspired , but I can't let time pass by too long , keeping this bubbling conviction within . I was shock upon learning , the US has allowed Muslim Friday prayers in their National Cathedral performed. Have they ever realized it's an abomination and blaspheme against God ? It is a symbolic gesture of the country . This isn't against individual Americans. I respect the American people, I have families living out there.
I listened and network with other Spirit -filled Christians and mostly they are Americans .
Yet on the national level the country has left God the Almighty , through their leaders decisions allowing Friday Muslim prayer in their National Cathedral ? Lucky it wasn't Westminster Cathedral and I hope not . This act is clearly a demonstration against Christianity by bowing down to another god of this world and most of us knew who that is. What a shame ! Where has this "In God We Trust ". Has it all gone down in the drain ?
America was founded on strong Christian values , but sad to see these days the leaders seemed to have drifted way too too far from the Lord . By allowing worship and bowing down to another god in their National Cathedral , a compromise for peace and unity ? There's no human initiative of peace that will ever succeed. Peace will happen when Jesus comes. In this world, Jesus didn't come to bring peace, but a sword to divide , to separate.
Deuteronomy 6:14
"Do not follow other gods, the gods of the peoples around you"
Jeremiah 35:15
"Again and again I sent all my servants the prophets to you. They said, "Each of you must turn from your wicked ways and reform your actions; do not follow other gods to serve them. Then you will live in the land I have given to you and your ancestors." But you have not paid attention or listened to me."
Jeremiah 10:21
"For the shepherds are stupid
and do not inquire of the Lord;
therefore they have not prospered,
and all their flock is scattered."
I am not against individual descent good Muslims either. I respect the Muslim people. I have some friends in real life who are Muslims. God loves the Muslim people.
But my thoughts run this way , would this ever happen, a Christian sermon be allowed in a Mosque ? This might do, you never know.
I have to be honest and with no offense , as a Bible believing Christian , I can't reconcile Allah and God Almighty as the same entity or all the same God we worship. They are way different. The denial of Jesus as son of God and his cruxifiction and resurrection set a great divide between Christians and Muslims. The Cruxifiction and resurrection of Jesus is major importance for the Christian faith. Christians should stand up and realize Jesus isn't a prophet - Jesus is the son of God , who gave His life for the remission of sins , by His resurrection we are set free, of those who accepted him as their Lord and savior. Jesus is the the coming King of kings . We can't be one in faith with those who deny Jesus . Jesus has warned us of the denial. I would not go much deeper into this. But be warned and be mindful, neither be compromised to bow down to other gods, even it meant your life - even our heads rolling off maybe?
This message is also in preparation and as an encouragement of the coming TRIBULATION time my friends. Should you remember this message , please do. The unification of all religions for peace is underway and anyone who stand against will be hunted down in the future, severely persecuted and even killed. This will be the second version of INQUISITION to happen in massive scale. Don't deny Jesus, read you Bibles and know the truth.
