Lin - Natural Light
I found this cool gallery when searching for studios in Tokyo one day. Small, but gritty and cheap. I haven't done a lot of natural light model shoots, but with two big windows, this place was made for it. I'd also been looking for a theme to shoot with Lin and this felt like the perfect fit. My original idea was to go all B&W but I liked some of the portrait images in color so ended up with both color and B&W.
I also got to try my new lens - Carl Zeiss 135mm f2. The studio was a little tight for it, but I was able to use it on some shots. Not an easy lens to use. Being manual focus, it's tough to get it right. But when you do it's pretty sick.
