3. Yum, a Coconut ready to eat

Coconuts are grown in tropical climates such as the Rainforests of Saint Lucia. They are dried than the copra, or dried coconut is pressed into oil. Coconut can be dried in one day in a copra oven whereas it would take about 3 days to air dry in this humid climate. The oven burns mostly coconut husks along with some wood. Print size 8x10 inches.
