I know that I can't hold a scoop of ground coffee still oong enough to adjust my lights, reflectors, focal point at f 8 or 11 and make all of thhose tweeks in a dozen exposures. I need a helping hand or two in my set.
One item that I use is called the Helping Hand. I picked one up at Radio Shack a couple of decades ago. I'm not sure if they are still available. That, along with a sturdy tripod makes these photos a lot easier
