Week 4: 10th - 16th July 2007

Considering I ate out at an Indian, had several full-fat fruit fools, had a pint of beer and lots of wine, I've done really well this week - 2.5 pounds lighter!

prawn puree & onion bhaji,

pint of Becks,

fish, oven chips, peas,

 

Monday

lunch: banana bread, strawberries, rice salad, chicken and tomatoes,

dinner: pork chop, corn cob, runner beans, veggies
