View from End of Smith Rock River Trail

Looking south at the north end of Smith Rock as the Crooked River flows north to join the Deschutes river.

 

Taken near the junction of the Summit Trail and River Trail.

 

Monkey Face is just behind this ridge.

 

There are so many other trails giving similar varied views of this amazing volcanic relic.
