Red Chairs at The Falls
Another pair of red adirondack chairs nicely located with a good view of Canada's 2nd highest waterfall: Takkakaw Falls.
“Takakkaw” is derived from a Cree word meaning “it is wonderful” and/or “magnificent”. That it is. And rather loud.
The falls have a total height of 373 metres (1,224 ft), making it the 2nd tallest waterfall in Canada. The waterfall was formerly thought to be the tallest in Canada, but a new survey in 1985 found that it is actually shorter than Della Falls on Vancouver Island.
Have a wonderful Friday and weekend!
