Stephen Lewis, McMaster University's Social Sciences scholar-in-residence spoke in front of a full house this afternoon on campus.
The Challenge
To do some photojournalism. I took about 140 shots and only these few shots survived. One of the challenge was producing shots that wouldn't require any photoshop. During the talk I played around w the temp setting (WB) and other settings (including shooting in full M mode) to get shots that wouldn't require photoshop. So here it is...it was quite challenging and I almost succeeded. I say almost because I did a lil' bit of photoshop...a touch of "Curves" adjustments on most of them and some color balance as well...but I promise it's the last time...hopefully next time the only thing I'll have to do will be to just resize.
