Spicy spinach dumplings

Beef dumplings where the dough for the skin has strained spinach pureé added to the water.

 

The spicy sauce relies on hot oil being added to chilli powder to make chilli oil. The recipe suggested 5 tbsp chilli powder. I used 1 tbsp.
