ITA: Il metamerismo è un particolare fenomeno di percezione cromatica che si verifica quando almeno due campioni di colore appaiono identici se illuminati da un determinato tipo di sorgente luminosa, mentre risultano totalmente diversi se sottoposti ad un altro tipo di illuminazione.
ENG: Metamerism is a particular phenomenon of chromatic perception that occurs when at least two color samples appear identical when illuminated by a certain type of light source, while they are totally different when subjected to another type of lighting.
