ITA _Il suo nome scientifico, "Pinus leucodermis" significa letteralmente "pelle bianca" per il caratteristico colore bianco argenteo che assume il tronco degli alberi ormai morti.
Gli alberi ormai privi di vita, senza corteccia, con tronchi chiari quasi bianchi non sono solo resti inanimati e suggestivi di alberi in qualche caso millenari, ma rimangono vere e proprie sculture, testimoni muti della storia

Its scientific name, "Pinus leucodermis" literally means "white skin" due to the characteristic silvery white color that the trunk of the dead trees assumes.
The trees now lifeless, without bark, with light trunks almost white are not only inanimate and suggestive remains of trees in some cases millennial, but remained true sculptures, silent witnesses of history
