Lentils from Neighbor Bill

This is some lentil stew our neighbor, Bill, brought over for us the other day. It made for a tasty, quick lunch. Lentils are the best... so versatile and filling. These were quite well seasoned and the potato and veggies added some substance, too. Yum! Thanks Bill!
