A pleasant hike in the forest
We went hiking in the hills behind Palo Alto in the Portola Valley, California. The Fern Loop Trail is scenic and secluded, with fern along the way.
I processed a balanced and a realistic HDR photo from two RAW exposures, blended them selectively, carefully adjusted the color balance and curves, desaturated the image, added sepia, and recovered 10% of the color version to give the scene an old postcard look.
