Big sister takes care of little brother

Last Friday we attended the Stanford Powwow at the Stanford University campus, California. Indigenous people of America gathered from all over the USA and Canada. Groups of many different tribes arranged in a big circle. The tribes drum and chant, one group after the other, while dancers in traditional outfit dance in the center of the circle. Elders judge the performances - a friendly competition. We could feel the energy on the field, a real uplifting experience! I love how parents teach kids their heritage.

I processed a balanced and a photographic HDR photo from a RAW exposure, blended them selectively, and carefully adjusted the color balance and curves. I welcome and appreciate constructive comments.
