You run to catch up with the sun, but it's sinking

We went to the Pigeon Point Lighthouse for sunset. The sun was going down at 258 degrees, so we drove a bit south on Highway 1 to get a direct line of sight at that direction.

 

I processed a photographic HDR photos from three RAW exposures, and carefully adjusted the color balance and curves. I welcome and appreciate your constructive comments.
