There is a small water fountain at Santana Row, a place for hipsters in the Silicon Valley. I took this shot at a wide open f1.8 to get this shallow depth of field, resulting in blurred lights in the back.

 

I processed a balanced HDR photo from a RAW exposure, and desaturated the result.
