I took this shot shortly after sunset today at Incline Village, Lake Tahoe, Nevada. I used an ND filter to get a long exposure to smooth out the water. The filter added this reddish tone to the blue hour, which I think is quite fitting for this scene.

 

I processed a balanced HDR photo from a RAW exposure.
