Scilla
This early morning shot is taken from the Marina Grande side of Scilla capturing a few of my favorite things, the Roxy Pub and Dali City Pub while we couldn’t hang out here for our beach days as they have no beach chair rental we did enjoy some mighty fine lunches here. Also captured here in a different light are the two iconic structures of Castello Ruffo di Calabria and Chiesa Maria Santissima Immacolata they are your constant companions while you spend your time soaking up the sun and frolicking in the pristine waters of Marina Grande. If you are an early morning wanderer like myself at the very base of the castle mount you will see a well-lit little road that you can walk, it curves around to the fishing marina and to the start of the Chianalea proper beyond that, it is a walk well worth making at any time of the day.
I took this on Sept 15th 2023 with my D850 and Tamron 24-70mm f2.8 G2 Lens at 24mm, 1/30s, f2.8 ISO 6400 processed in LR, PS +Lumenzia ,Topaz, and DXO
Disclaimer: My style is a study of romantic realism and still a work in progress
