Northside Road

One of my favorite things about travel photography is seeing beautiful things that are new to me, then the focus becomes trying to capture them in less than ideal conditions with limited amounts of time while also trying not to bore your travel partner. This scene of a stream come salt marsh captured my eye while driving along the Northside Road from Shipwreck Point, so much so that I had to turn around and drive back to capture it. Sometimes the most beautiful details in life are the unexpected things we find between departure and arrival, this is the good stuff, we are all on a journey to the same destination some long some short but the trick is to make sure you enjoy the ride.

I took this on Sept 15, 2022 with my D850 and Tamron 24-70 f2.8 G2 Lens at 42mm, 1/60s, f7.1 ISO 64 processed in LR, PS +Lumenzia ,Topaz, and DXO Nik
