Trulli Alberobello
The streets are empty, the sunrise unnoticed as we hide from that which is unseen but rarely forgotten, an invisible enemy that impacts every minute of our day in ways that were unimaginable just a few short days ago.
As dreary as things are we can never forget the beauty that accompanies each new dawn, life begins afresh for some but sadly ends for others, our duty to the departed is to live and in doing so they live on with us.
As the sun slowly rises and pushes back the blackness of the night so to should we try to push the darkness we feel in our hearts to the side for a later time when we have the time for the luxury of grief.
Now is a time for a determination that comes not from outside but inside, we can do nothing for the fallen other than make sure we minimize their number and that they are not forgotten.
This scene is of a morning pre sunrise glow across the pleasant design of Puglian trulli on a street in Alberobello in Apulia region of Italy.
I took this with my D750 and Nikon 24- 85mm Lens at 24mm 8s, f/20 ISO 200 processed in LR, PS +Lumenzia, Topaz Denoise
Disclaimer: My style is a study of romantic realism as well as a work in progress.
