Crookedwood GAA 5KM 2012
The Crookedwood GAA 5KM road race and fun run was held in Crookedwood, Co. Westmeath, Ireland at 19:30 on Wednesday 8th August 2012. This race is another in the series of 5KM road races which have been organised by GAA clubs in Co. Westmeath over the past few months. The race started and ended at the GAA club itself and was being used as a fund-raiser for the local GAA club and teams. The hill terrain of the surrounding countryside provided a strong challenge to the participants and the course tested everyone's ability. The race route started at Crookedwood GAA grounds and proceeded up to Farnalore crossroads and then returned back to Crookedwood GAA grounds. Overall a very enjoyable evening's racing was had by all - with refreshments provided after the race. Well done to the club on the organisation of the race.
How can I get a full resolution copy of these photographs?
All of the photographs here on this Flickr set have a visible watermark embedded in them. We take these photographs as a hobby and as a contribution to the running community in Ireland. We do not know of any other photographers who operate such a policy.
