Wednesdays project
I removed the sod and about two inches of my clay soil, capped three sprinklers heads and converted a fourth to a drip system. I add a couple bags of manure and a couple of soil amender to break up the clay and make the soil looser and drain better and then got to planting. There are a couple different varieties of petunia, pansy daisy and viola along with three types of tomato, ebony king eggplant and giant cape gooseberry. The drip system is 1/4" soaker tubing off of a half inch line connected to the sprinkler riser with a 1gpm flow restricter.
