Morning all! Hope you're all well and had a good weekend?!
Had a super chill day yesterday, got up quite late again, I think i've caught up on sleep from last week now, got a good 12hrs in last night! :)
After lunch I went into town, saw loads of people in running gear and reflective jackets, a quick google revealed that there was a big sporting event on, a 10km run and also Manchester City Games... Some pretty big names too!
I watched some of the sprinting in Deansgate for a while but I was quite far away, no shots to be had, was still good to be watching though, awesome atmosphere!
I then went along to Albert Square where I caught the Women's high jump, managed to get some shots of this though, got a nice vantage point on a monument.
Seen this done before and thought it looks pretty cool, in hindsight I should have used less photos to make it a bit smoother... might have another stab at it at somepoint!
Handheld 8 shots and merged them together, I wasn't THAT steady though so took a little manipulating, hence the magical pole and bar! ha
After dinner and some homemade rice pudding, a few of us headed to the cinema, we saw The Dictator, I doubt it will appeal to everybody, an acquired taste I think, but I found it HILARIOUS!
