Royal Coat of Arms. George III

This had a very neccessary restoration in 1968 because the canvas was very dark from candle smoke and it had also suffered vandalism. When the canvas was removed from the frame it was found to be covering an older painted Stewart Coat of Arms which I assume is still covered by the restored canvas one.
