Fish Story

Osprey (Pandion haliaetus) ~ Sebastian Inlet, Florida

 

An osprey emerges from the water with a potential meal. There were strong currents, and the fish put up a spirited fight. The osprey had to eventually let this one get away. In later accounts of this story to her osprey companions, the fish gets incrementally larger.
