Black Skimmer ~ (Rynchops niger)

 

A Black Skimmer and its reflection skims the water. It quietly cuts through the surface as it probes for small unsuspecting fish. These birds are silent and elegant when they hunt. The only sound being the gentle disturbance of the water as they fly by.
