QUESTION REGARDING IRFAN AND SRGB:
SRGB is always held up as the standard for universality, i.e. if I view an SRGB image in Irfan (or a Web browser, for that matter) and Photoshop at the same time, they should be exactly the same... yet Irfan and the Web browser showed this dark image with noticeably lighter darks than in Photoshop, so much so that I had to counter-intuitively darken it even more in PS... does anyone know why that would be?
