Gray Catbird - Moquer chat

There is no mistaking the plumage of a juvenile Gray Catbird. I think I bought a fluffy fleece that looked like that several years ago, and my wife wouldn’t let me wear it in public. In any event, these birds are summer residents around the Lake, and getting ready, like the arriving migrants, to move south. While this is not a noteworthy bird, I really liked the first real signs of fall transitions in the foliage around it, and the contrast with the very young bird.
