When speaking with the man on the ground he'd imform me that he was born and raised in Florida but after so many years of living in Florida he plans to move to another state. Partyly due to the refent rash of hurricanes but also because the people who now move to Florida are meaner and arrogant. He'd say that he's had enough. The man on the ladder is from Michigan.
