Andy of Caffe Vita

Vita's del Sol is a rock-solid espresso blend. Andy and Scott dropped by Slayer to benchmark the coffee on the new machine. First they brewed at the prescribed temperature and pressure. Then they experimented with pressure to highlight the coffee's chocolate to lemony characteristics, controlling how these flavors played out in the cup.
