Canal de los Tempanos

To my left, out of shot, is the extraordinary, attention-grabbing Perito Moreno Glacier, in Parque Nacional los Glaciares. Everyone takes a photo of it, and rightly so. But if there is one thing that I was reminded of during my recent visit to Patagonia, it was to always look around. Don't just point your camera at the obvious. Look behind you.
