delicious homemade dessert - dunno know the name?!

let's see my neighbor's sister said it's croissants crumbs, mixed with eggs, heavy cream, cinnamon, cream cheese, maple syrup, toasted sugared peacans, and fresh rasberries. They told me it's french toast just a different style.
