Sea nuances (1. Neutral)

5:52 pm CET -> El día 7 la fuerza de las olas ya había bajado mucho, pero aún daba juego para hacer algo con rocas y escollos.

Ajustes de edición en Lightroom 5: en esta versión apliqué el perfil 'Camera Neutral' del LR5 (por defecto tengo fijado 'Adobe Standard' aunque últimamente casi no lo uso). Creo que este perfil conserva la mayor diversidad de matices tonales, aunque con un nivel muy bajo de contraste que, comparado al 'Adobe Standard', rinde una imagen desvaída. Para compensar, suelo aumentar algo Contraste (+24) y paralelamente Exposición (+35) e Intensidad (+2), y de esta forma se mantienen muchos matices que ae pierden con otros perfiles. Aparte de esos ajustes, la edición incluye un ligero enfoque de la parte anterior de la roca y una reducción de Altas luces (-52). Las próximas en Flickr: una versión más luminosa usando este mismo perfil (potenciando el detalle y la riqueza de tonos en la roca) y otra usando uno de los perfiles que proporciona un mayor contraste.

Edition in LR5: here I used the 'Camera Neutral' profile of LR5. I think this is the best option to keep alive most of the tonal range you have in the RAW file. The bad news is that this profile renders a low contrast, so that the result image is rather faded in comparison with that provided by 'Adobe Standard' or 'Camera Standard' profiles. To compensate for this fading, I increased Contrast (+24), Exposure (+35), and Intensity (+2). In addition to these changes, in this image I've increased a bit the focus in the front of the rock and lowered High lights (-52). Next Flickr uploads: a enhanced, more luminous version using this 'Neutral' profile (but having more detail and higher chromatic richness in the rock surfaces), and another after the application of one of the 'strong' profiles providing a higher contrast
